I, the undersigned, wish to rent your house at Reunion Resort.
I confirm that I have read and understand the Terms and Conditions relating to this booking, and agree to abide with any reasonable request made by OrlandoReunionRental and their management company, and to abide with the Reunion Resort Rules and Regulations for the duration of our stay.
I understand that payment of the $300 Security Deposit is due at the time of booking, and that payment of the Rental Fee is due 10 weeks prior to our arrival date or at the time of booking, whichever is later.
I understand that cancellations of bookings must be received in writing (via email), and are subject to the following provisions:
Loss of the Security Deposit for cancellations made within 12 weeks of the commencement of the rental period,
Loss of the full rental amount for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the rental period.
