Frequently Asked Questions 1. What section/area of the resort is your house located? Our house is in Homestead - near the clubhouse. 2. Are there any other fees and charges besides the rent and tax? $100 cleaning fee if less than 5 nights. There are no hidden fees.  3. Is the pool heated? Is there a charge to heat the pool? We do not have a pool heater. Consequently there is no charge to heat the pool. 4. Do we have access to resort amenities? Our guests have access to all resort pools, including an olympic size pool and roof-top pool, spas and restaurants at no additional fee. Golf, waterpark and tennis are reserved for Reunion members only. 5. Can we check-in early or check-out late? Yes if we do not have other guests checking-in or out on the same day. Please let us know ahead of  time. 6. When can we expect to receive our security deposit? All security deposit is returned no later than 30 days from the day of departure. Most deposits are refunded within 2 to 3 days, or as soon as we receive the OK from the property manager that there are no damages.
