Size and Sleeping Capacity

Our house is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,000 square foot fully furnished home that comfortably sleeps 6.

Floor Plan

Downstairs is the living room with access to fenced in backyard with private screened pool area, dining area, office/internet area, kitchen with breakfast bar, laundry area, and half bath.  Upstairs is the master suite, second and third bedrooms with adjoining second bathroom (each with private sink area).  There is a small balcony off the Master Bedroom.

Bedrooms

All bedrooms are equipped with their own television and hair dryer. All linens, towels, blankets and pillows are supplied.

 Living/Dining Room

The living room is equipped with HDTV and DVD player. All TVs have cable service, including HBO. A dining area provides seating for six. There is additional seating on stools at the kitchen bar.

The kitchen with a breakfast bar is fully equipped with modern top of the line cooking pans and utensils, crockery and glassware including plastic ware for use around the pool and includes the following items:

 Maid Service

The house will be professionally cleaned prior to your arrival, and will be cleaned again after you depart.  There is no maid service provided during the duration of your stay.  Daily maid service or additional cleanings may be arranged for an additional fee.

Local Property Management

OrlandoReunionRental has contracted with a local management company to provide 24-hour response to any problem you may encounter with the House.  The management company is available by phone at a number listed in the House.
