·         Rates do not include applicable taxes:  Florida State and Osceola County Sales, Hotel and Tourism Taxes (total of 13%).

·         A 20% deposit is required to confirm booking. The final balance is due no later than 10 weeks prior to arrival.

·         The security deposit is fully refundable pending an inspection from our management company.

·         Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

·         10% discount to repeat renters.

 

Discounts and Last Minute Specials

We offer additional discounts for rentals made within 10 days of arrival and long-term rentals.

 

Guest Registration Fee

For full access to all facilities and amenities that Reunion resort has to offer, there is a one time $75 registration fee.

 

Extra Cleaning Charge

For stays less than 7 days, a cleaning charge of $100 will be added to the applicable daily rate. Daily maid service or additional cleanings may be arranged for an additional fee.
 

Payment Terms

All payments (unless other special arrangements are made) are handled through the security, simplicity and convenience of PayPal. PayPal accepts payment by credit card, debit card or bank draft at no charge to you! We charge no extra or hidden fees to provide you with the convenience of electronic payment. Once we confirm your reservation, you will pay your Security Deposit and Rental Fee by clicking on the PayPal buttons below. You need not be a member of the PayPal network to take advantage of this free, secure and convenient service.
 

Refunds

Cancellations of bookings must be received in writing (via email), and are subject to the following provisions:

  • Loss of the Security Deposit for cancellations made within 12 weeks of the commencement of the rental period.
  • Loss of the full rental amount for cancellations made within 8 weeks of the commencement of the rental period. 

 

Summary of Booking Conditions

  1. No smoking is permitted inside the house.
  2. No pets are permitted inside the house.
  3. Renters shall not sub-let or share the house with any persons not named on the booking form.
  4. OrlandoReunionRental and its owners accept no responsibility or liability for any accident, injury, illness or death, or any damage to any persons or property sustained during the rental, regardless of the circumstances of such occurrence.
  5. Children should be supervised at all times by adults, especially in the vicinity of the pool.
  6. In the unlikely event that OrlandoReunionRental is forced to amend or cancel a booking, regardless of circumstance (tropical storm, act of God, sale of the property, etc.) every effort will be made to provide similar and comparable alternative accommodations to the renters. If no acceptable alternatives can be secured, rental costs and Security Deposit will be refunded in full. Neither OrlandoReunionRental, its owners nor agents shall be under any further liability to the renter.
  7. Each person listed on the booking form is strongly encouraged to take out a holiday/vacation insurance policy.
