1. What section/area of the resort is your house located?

Our house is in Homestead - near the clubhouse.

2. How far is the house from the water park?

The house is approximately 1/3 mile from the park – not really in walking distance, unless you enjoy walking.

3. Are there any other fees and charges besides the rent and tax?

There are no hidden fees. We charge $75 to be registered as a houseguest with the resort. This fee is good for the entire household, valid for up to 2 weeks.  

4. Is the pool heated? Is there a charge to heat the pool?

Although the warm weather in Orlando does a very good job of heating the pool, we do not have a pool heater. Consequently there is no charge to heat the pool. Please bear in mind that the resort has several very nice community pools and spas that are available to everyone.

5. Can we check-in early or check-out late?

Yes – providing we do not have other guests checking-in or out on the same day. Please let us know ahead of time so that we could notify the cleaners.

6. When can we expect to receive our security deposit?

All security deposit is returned no later than 30 days from the day of departure. Most deposits are refunded within 10 days, or as soon as we receive the OK from the property manager that there are no damages.
