Please follow these simple steps for a smooth reservation with OrlandoReunionRental.

1. Verify availability of the house for the dates of your vacation on our Availability page.  Our Availability Calendar is up-to-date and reflects all accepted and confirmed reservations.

2. Check Rental Rates on our Rates page.  Daily and weekly (7 nights) rates are listed.  To calculate rates for other stays, simply follow these steps:
 

• For rentals less than 7 nights, multiply the number of nights by the daily rate.  Add a $100 cleaning charge.
• For rentals more than 7 nights, multiply the number of weeks by the weekly rate. Multiply remaining days by the daily rate. Add total weekly and daily rental.

Don't forget our Last Minute Specials!  Reservations made within 10 days of arrival, repeat and long-term rentals get discount off the applicable daily or weekly rate!
 

3. Have any questions or concerns?  Email or call (408-398-9667, USA Pacific Time). 

4. Fill out our Booking Form.

5. Pay the Security Deposit of $300 to hold your rental.

You will receive an email notification to confirm the receipt of your Booking Form along with an instruction on how to pay the security deposit.

This non-refundable Security Deposit is required to hold your reservation.  This Security Deposit will be returned to you, via check or PayPal, within 30 days of your departure. In the event of any excess telephone usage (applicable to international and long-distance calling), or breakage, damage or excess soiling of carpet, furniture, etc., those charges will first be deducted from the Security Deposit.

6. Pay your Rental Fee.

Payment in full of the Rental Fee is due 10 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period, or at the time of reservation, whichever is later.

7. Receive Reservation Confirmation and Directions.

Once your Booking Form, Security Deposit and Rental Fee are received, we will email you the final reservation confirmation and directions on how to get into the Reunion Resort and the house.

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in is after 4pm on your arrival day.

Check-out is before 10am on your departure day.

*we will accomodate early check-in and late check-out if the house is available.
